Product Manager – Broadband
We are seeking a Product Manager to drive next generation broadband products into market while also being responsible for their ongoing financial performance. Based in Cambridge, this is a challenging, but exciting opportunity to join a world leader in the design, development and supply of digital communication devices.
The Product Manager will be responsible for researching and analysing the broadband sector, as well as introducing new products into market. This role will also have a high involvement with the marketing team to set up sales & marketing strategies, providing senior management with long term sales forecasts.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in IP Networking or similar and a track record of full product life cycle success, along with:
• Familiar with mobile handsets, date routers and LTE.
• Experience of PMR/LMR and the public safety sector would be helpful.
• Science or engineering degree desirable.
• You will be comfortable giving presentations and demonstrations to large, diverse groups of people.
The Product Manager will combine their technical-savvy and business acumen to drive the long term vision for broadband business. This will enable the Product Manager to react quickly to changing market conditions, while working with engineering and marketing colleagues to ensure the overall competitiveness of the brand.
